dynamiscr.com is an informational website that presents the services of Dynamis Integrative Retreat, including: healing and transformation retreats; the Healing Studio (integrative psychology, logotherapy, Jungian psychology, homeopathy); the Enneagram personality assessment; the 9Seeds™ addiction treatment program; events and ceremonies; and cabin accommodations.

The Site serves to provide information, facilitate contact, and accept bookings. The actual delivery of services takes place at our physical location in Tamarindo, Costa Rica, and through scheduled online sessions via the Healing Studio.

The content on this website is for informational and educational purposes only and does not constitute medical advice, psychological diagnosis, or professional treatment.

If your complaint is not resolved to your satisfaction, you may contact the Comisión Nacional del Consumidor (CNC) of Costa Rica.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Your continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

These Terms of Use are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Costa Rica, including Law No. 7472 on the Promotion of Competition and Effective Consumer Protection and its regulations. Any disputes shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Guanacaste, Costa Rica.
